For all in-stock medical equipment, we strive to process and dispatch the orders on the same day (excluding weekends) if they are placed before 2 pm IST. However, some orders may require additional time for fraud and security verification.
To ensure reliable and timely delivery, we have partnered with reputable courier service providers like Delhivery.com, FedEx, Xpressbees, and others.
We prioritize the use of trusted courier companies to minimize in-transit breakage and avoid delays in deliveries. Nevertheless, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as strikes or holidays, which are beyond our direct control.
Once your medical equipment is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment on the courier company’s website.
In case you do not receive a tracking number within 3 days of placing an order, kindly check your SPAM folder as our automated message might have been flagged as spam by your email provider. Alternatively, you can contact us to request the tracking number again.
We endeavour to provide approximate delivery times based on different locations:
DELHI-NCR: 1-3 Business Days* (Same-day delivery can be arranged on special request with extra charges).
METROS: 2-7 Business Days* excluding holidays.
NON-METROS: 4-8 Business Days excluding holidays.

We acknowledge that we do not have direct control over delivery timelines, as various factors such as operational issues, strikes, or holidays can impact shipping time. Therefore, we advise you to plan your orders well in advance and feel free to discuss any special requests with us before placing an order.
Once a package is shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.
Seibert Healthcare cannot be held liable for packages lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses provided by the customer.
Any order reported as “delivered” by the shipping company will be considered delivered, and Seibert Healthcare cannot be held responsible for non-delivery in such cases.
If the product has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and we cannot entertain requests to change the address, colours, or models.
Therefore, we kindly request our customers to place their orders carefully, ensuring accurate shipping details, including full addresses and contact information such as email and phone numbers.
